Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the LaunchNest platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaunchNest is a client and service management platform for IT service providers. It includes tools for managing clients, services, tasks, and — on the Pro plan — team collaboration and Stripe billing integration.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to create an account.

4. Pro Plan — Subscription and Billing

The LaunchNest Pro plan is available for $9.99 CAD per workspace per month, plus applicable taxes (automatically calculated at checkout based on your billing address).

• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in Workspace Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. After repeated failures, your workspace will be downgraded to the Free plan.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if you have not meaningfully used the Pro features. After this period, or for any subsequent billing cycle, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users’ data
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from the Service without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time through Workspace Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
